1. Description of Service

Our Service provides users with a tool to generate Quick Response (QR) codes from user-submitted information, such as website URLs or text. The Service is accessible to all users, with a free tier and a premium subscription option.

2. User-Generated Content

The Service is a tool for personal use. You are not able to post, publish, or share content publicly on our website. You are solely responsible for the content you input to generate QR codes ("User Input").

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Users may generate up to three (3) QR codes per day free of charge. The free tier may include advertisements.
• Subscription Tier: For users who require more frequent use, we offer a subscription plan ("Subscription"). Subscribers benefit from unlimited QR code generations, an ad-free experience, and access to a wider variety of styling options.
• Billing: Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis, with options for monthly or annual payment cycles.
  • Monthly Subscription: $1.90 USD per month.
  • Annual Subscription: $19.90 USD per year.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge you for the Subscription fee on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. Please note that Subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are fully responsible for the User Input you use to create QR codes. You agree not to generate QR codes that link to or contain:

• Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Malware, viruses, or any other malicious code (phishing, etc.).
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Hate speech, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

Furthermore, you agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to attempting to circumvent our usage limits, reverse-engineering our platform, or introducing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Service: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its design, software, branding, and all other components. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service as described in these Terms.
• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your User Input. The QR code generated from your input is yours to use as you see fit, subject to the responsibilities outlined in Section 4.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZHANG BIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; or (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZHANG BIN from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
